Over 4 meetings we will dive into the magical journey of cityscape drawing using a variety of mixed media techniques. In this intensive experience you will discover the playful connection between diverse drawing materials and the dynamic urban landscape. We will express our authentic connection to the city while playing with line and shapes, abstraction and reality, personal expression and observation.

About the Instructor: Elizabeta Zaidner is an active artist exhibiting in Israel and abroad. Faculty member of the Bezalel Academy. Works in a wide variety of painting and drawing media. Her work is testing the boundary between drawing and painting. Saturated and impulsive color of her work complements and continues the research of drawing and observation of reality. 
 
Materials to choose from:

Pencils
Black pen/ marker
Drawing pad or sketchbook
Ink or watercolor or Ecoline with a paintbrush
Vessel for water and cloth
Watercolor paper pad
Colored papers: black, grey, etc.
Acrylic markers/dry pastels/Panda
pastel, panda, charcoal, watercolor, ink.
*** Paper selection should suite the material: for markers, use paper over 189 grms
for pastels. use Canson paper.
