This workshop will teach the procedures of portrait painting: from quick sketches to resolved depictions.  We will study how to attain both likeness aliveness and how to attain solid drawing and naturalistic color. You will learn the skills and diverse procedures that will allow you to draw and paint portraits of those close to you, or any sitter you choose. 
All participants with prior drawing experience are welcome.
